At eHam QR Codes, a service by eHam Digital Spectrum, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, dynamic QR solutions, and dependable SaaS services. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing, subscribing, or using any of our services. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Services
eHam QR Codes provides custom-designed, digital, and subscription-based services. Since our QR codes, landing pages, portals, and content are tailored specifically for each customer, they are considered digital goods that cannot be returned once created or accessed.
By purchasing any service, customers acknowledge that:
Work on their order may begin immediately after payment,
The product is digital and intangible,
Such products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
2. Non-Refundable Digital Products
Due to the customized nature of our services, all completed orders are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Custom QR Code designs
Dynamic QR Codes
eHam QR Landing Pages
Digital business cards
Custom microsites
Analytics-enabled QR dashboards
Hosting & SaaS features
Logo or design-related work
Personalized content creation
Scanning analytics and tracking features
Subscription renewals
Once the product or service is delivered, activated, assigned, or begins development, no refunds will be issued.
3. Subscription Fees & Renewals
Our services operate on monthly or yearly subscription plans. Please note:
All subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
Mid-cycle cancelations do not generate refunds.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings.
If a subscription expires or is not renewed, certain features—such as QR scanning, editing, or analytics—may become inactive until renewed.
Promotional discounts, offers, or limited-time pricing are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
4. Exceptional Refund Conditions
Although our standard policy is no refund for digital products, a refund may be considered in very specific and rare circumstances, such as:
4.1 Service Not Delivered at All
If payment was received, but:
The QR code was not created,
No digital work was started,
No access was granted to the dashboard,
andThe customer reports the issue within 24 hours of payment.
4.2 Duplicate Charges
If a customer was accidentally billed twice for the same service due to a payment error on our side.
4.3 Technical Issues From Our End
If there is a proven system-wide failure from eHam QR Codes that prevents the customer from using the service, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund eligibility in such cases remains at the sole discretion of eHam Digital Spectrum.
5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for the following, under any circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase
Customer no longer needs the service
Customer provided incomplete or incorrect details
Delay from the customer’s side in sharing information or approvals
Misunderstanding of services (details are clearly mentioned on the website)
Expectation of business results (QR scans, leads, conversions)
Customer dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences if revisions were offered
Third-party failures (internet issues, phone issues, apps not supported, etc.)
Issues caused by misuse or mishandling of QR code images by customers
Expired subscriptions or non-renewal consequences
Payments made for urgency delivery that were later delayed due to customer unavailability
6. Revisions & Modifications
We aim to deliver work to client satisfaction within the scope of the selected package. Please note:
Revisions are offered as per the plan purchased.
Revision requests outside the scope may incur additional charges.
Revisions do not qualify for refunds, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the changes.
7. Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines depend on:
The type of QR service chosen
Customer availability to provide inputs
The complexity of custom features requested
Delays caused by the customer cannot be used as grounds for cancelation or refund.
8. Cancelation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription anytime, however:
Cancelation stops future billing only.
Past payments remain non-refundable.
Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Once a subscription expires, related services may stop functioning (e.g., dynamic QR features).
9. Return of Physical Items (If Applicable)
In case physical products (such as printed QR cards, stickers, or merchandise) are sold in the future:
Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged products delivered.
Customers must provide unboxing videos and proof of damage.
Physical returns do not affect digital service refund policy.
(Currently, eHam QR Codes operates primarily in the digital SaaS space.)
10. Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse
eHam Digital Spectrum reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts in cases of:
Attempted fraud
Abuse of services
Chargeback misuse
Unauthorized distribution of our digital assets
Violation of our terms and conditions
11. Refund Processing Time (If Approved)
In rare cases where a refund is approved:
Refund will take 5–7 business days to process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
No cash refunds are provided
No refunds will be issued to third-party accounts
